-Students at Beachwood High School who wrote amazing letters to high school kids in Sderot!!

- Over the past seven years, Arab terrorists in Gaza have launched over 7,000 rockets to the Sderot region in Israel
- Today, Sderot experiences on average 3 kassam rocket attacks per day
- 30% of the children of Sderot (6000 kids) suffer from post traumatic stress disorder due to daily rocket attacks
- Over 350 small businesses were forced to close during the intense rocket fire of 2007
- There are 14 schools in Sderot; only 4 are fully protected from rockets
Betar has raised thousands of Dollars towards renovating bemb shelters in Sderot. We have just recently sent 120 letters to children in Sderot as part of our Pen-Pal project.
